Longwood Lodge is the ideal retreat for business people who need to take time out to relax and rethink their their business approach, mission or annual strategy. Suited to seminar or training groups of up to 40 people, Longwood is an exclusive country hideaway with all the facilities necessary to conduct effective communication away from the commotion of the office environment.

The Longwood Estate lies in 1250 acres of Hampshire countryside near Winchester, set amid rolling downland and wooded terrain, and is ideal for Team Days, Hospitality Events and Conferences. Longwood Lodge was built in the early 1970s to a Scandinavian design of pine, and occupies a fine position overlooking the southern part of the Estate.

A fantastic Tudor Hall with various meeting and function rooms, landscaped rear lawns, and a whole parkland with cheetahs, snow Leopards, tigers, giraffes, hippos, and rhinos, free to roam in large naturalistic paddocks.

Wessex Events have run a number of successful corporate events in the park and this year is expanding our already successful team building days to use Marwell's unique environments.

We offer interesting treasure hunt challenges and indoor training games.

· Berrydown Farm is a truly stunning venue between Romsey and Winchester that has just become available for corporate meetings and team building days during the week in the summer the venue is ideal for summer BBQs and parties

· The venue is set in beautiful countryside and the barn is well equipment for all kinds of events such as meetings, conferences, team building there is no accommodation on site but good hotels are available a short distance away in Romsey or Winchester

· The venue will hold easily 100+ guest in theatre style or works very well with smaller groups of around 40 -80

· Berrydown is a special venue much in demand for weddings in the summer months but can be offered at competitive rates during the week or out of the wedding season.
