Vegetarians: 

We offer a range of vegetarian options as part of the traditional BBQ menus. Our food is cooked separately from our meat options.

However we do offer a completly vegetarian BBQ menu for vegetarian only functions.

Vegetarian BBQ Menu

We support our local greengrocer and farm shop for ingredients for these menus and we use all organic produce where possible

Stuffed Red peppers with Moroccan spiced cous cous, pine nuts, sultanas and almonds (vegan)

Cherry tomato, courgette and pepper kebabs Halloumi cheese (veggie)

Stuffed courgettes with black olives cherry tomatoes and basil pesto (veggie)

Bombay potato squewers new potatoes with cauliflower marinated with Indian spices (vegan)

We always have a supply of meat free burgers and quality vegetarian sausages available

• Greek salad: kalamata olives, Greek feta cheese, herbs, plumb cherry tomatoes, cucumber,
• Seasonal salad: Continental mixed leafs, baby cherry tomatoes, cucumber,
• Italian bean and pasta salad: Mixed Tuscan style bean salad with pasta shells, tomato and basil pesto
• Moroccan cous cous salad: Cous cous with roasted red peppers and spring onions, lemon herb and mint dressing
  
  All the salad buffets are freshly prepared and exclude meat and are suitable for vegetarians. We can cater for gluten free diets.
