Wessex Events are very proud to have been selected to design, manage and decorate the Grand Harbour Hotel Mayflower suite and bar for the 2007, 2008 and 2009 Snow Ball events.

We arranged a custom made silk fabric covering for the whole function space including the roof overlays, then installed a fairy light canopy to provide a range of moving effects all down the room. Teaming up with local lighting company to light the walls with giant snowflake designs.

Wessex Events used UV inflatable stars and stretchy fabric roof sails to give a different feel to the dance floor area and the Mayflower bar also got lighting and stretchy sail make over to complement the theme.

A contemporary snowflake back drop proved popular with the event photographer, the hotel replaced the chairs and commissioned excellent floristry, table cloths and trees to complete the transformation.

A very happy client and lots of happy party goers through the festive season.
