We can organise your conferece or meeting at any venue of your choice.

Many of our regular clients will add a half day team building session to the more formal conference, to ensure their guests have a day to remember.

Typical Day Delegate rates include:
· Use of meeting room
· Set up in seating style of your choice
· Board room
· Theatre
· Conference
· Flip chart, pens pads and water
· Servings of coffee & tea during morning
· Buffet lunch
· Servings of coffee & tea during afternoon

Typical 24 hour Delegate Rates include:

Those on 24 hour rates include use of any hotel facilities such as pool gym etc but not any treatments e.g. massage, heath treatments etc

Most hotels will also often charge for private dinning rooms and special dinner menus, conference incidentals such as phone calls, photocopying, faxes etc,
